How we handle your data

What we hold

• your account: username, email address, and when you accepted these documents
• your SSH public keys, which is how the platform lets you in
• your VMs: their names, sizes, state, and the history of requests you made about them
• operational logs and metrics from the platform itself

We do not inspect the contents of your VMs' disks.

What we do with it

We use it to run the service, to work out what broke when something breaks, and to decide what to build next. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone who is not running this platform.

What happens when you leave

When your account is offboarded, your VMs and their storage are destroyed, and we verify against each hypervisor that nothing of yours is still running.

Your account and its personal details go with it. The request history does not. Records of what was asked of the platform and what it did are kept, no longer attached to you, because they are how we can explain afterwards what the platform did and why. They contain the shape of the work, not the contents of your machines.

Email

We use your email address to reach you about your account and the beta. There is no marketing list.

Ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it along with your account.
